About Me

From content management and website administration to UI/UX design and front-end web development, you can safely say that I really love websites. In fact, I have over 10 years of experience working with them. If that is not enough, I am also certified in Google Analytics.

My college degree is in Marketing, and I believe that gives me an advantage in this field. I can understand not only different marketing strategies and principles, but I can also bring them to life in the form of creative, actionable website assets.

I enjoy collaborating with designers and stakeholders, have a keen eye for details, and I am passionate about delivering assets on time and to spec. I am motivated to manage my time and work independently, but I also really like the camaraderie of being part of a larger team.

If you are asking yourself, “Why does she have all these tools?” then here is the answer. A good website is like a puzzle: it requires many pieces to see the complete picture regarding an online presence. Can it function if a piece is missing? Yes. Is the website going to function the way the owner wants it to? Probably not.

Search Engine Optimization

You can build the most beautiful website in the world. You could win awards for it. Get invited to every fancy dinner in town. Someone might even write a song about your work.

But, there's a big problem: until you truly know and completely understand who your audience is - and create effective ways to engage with them - your hard work will never pay off.

Anyone can create discounts on their products or services. But it's the meaningful connections that keep customers coming back. That's the beauty, and art, of SEO.

Work smarter, not harder.

Website Analytics

Certification valid through January 2024

As a business leader or manager, you need to know how your business is performing. After all, how else are you going to know if you're turning a profit? Most people know web analytics play a key role, but they don't often know where to start.

However, many people are often surprised by one thing: the people that buy your products or services are not necessarily the same people who visit your website.

This is one of the reasons why web analytics are just as important as design and development. They can tell you if (and how) users are engaging with your site - and share valuable insights that your team hadn't considered before. I can also take complicated, intricate requests and turn them into easy-to-follow, "not boring" reports.
